You already know your buyers

Most science founders can already name the companies that would want their asset. That instinct is usually right. The value is not in the list, it is in the sequence.

We take that same universe, the names an inventor's own materials point to, and sort it by which face of the asset each buyer actually pays for: the strategic buyer for a licensed product, the adjacent buyer for a near-term bridge, and the higher-incentive buyer where the real regulatory and funding advantages sit. Then we score each on fit, capacity, and likely structure, and back it with comparable deals that tell us what an upfront should be.

Why it matters. A list of names becomes a ranked, staged process, and that sequencing is where a strong outcome comes from.
